Q: My GrowLase™ will not turn on

A: Please troubleshoot with the steps below:

  • Re-insert power cord into the GrowLase™.
  • Press the ON/OFF switch.
  • Plug the power cord into another wall outlet.
  • Make sure the Power Adaptor is firmly plugged into the wall outlet.
  • Unplug and re-plug all connectors: Canopy to Power Adapter, and Power Adapter to wall outlet.

Q: My GrowLase™ is turning on, but the laser is not visible

A: Plug in the power cord again and press the ON/OFF switch. 

Q: My GrowLase™ will not turn off

A: Unplug the GrowLase™ from the wall power.

Q: My GrowLase™ is turning off during use

A: Please troubleshoot with the steps below:

  • Re-insert power cord into the GrowLase™.
  • Press the POWER button.
  • Use a different wall electrical outlet.
  • Unplug and re-plug all connectors: Canopy to Power Adapter, and Power Adapter to wall outlet.
